Can silicone bond directly to every plastic?
No. Substrate chemistry, additives, surface energy and cure temperature must be reviewed.
Is chemical bonding enough?
Mechanical retention is recommended when geometry and application allow it.
Can you overmold metal inserts?

How is bond strength verified?
